Before 400 guests former First Daughter Chelsea Clinton and investment banker Marc Mezvinsky tied the knot July 31 in Rhinebeck, N.Y.
She has definitely come a long way from her braces and frizzy hair days at the White House, and looked stunning in her custom made Vera Wang gown.
